I purchased this in hopes it would help me with my shoulder rehabilitation, I am seeing results within one week of using it. I have more movement now in both of my shoulders than I have had in years. Kudos! !. Great product.
Hopefully the muscles will eventually relax on their own if I keep using this. I just love this thing! I bought it to break up fascia and get rid of fat and cellulite, rather than paying $65 for a fascia blaster when it's pretty much the same thing. While it's way too soon to see if it works for that, I must say that it really helps my pain from fibromyalgia. It felt so good to roll it up and down my back! I didn't even realize I hurt so much, til pain started going away. I've gotten so used to it over the decades. . But this definitely hit all the spots that bother me so much. Either way, I'm just happy to find something that actually makes my back feel good! Not to mention my arms and legs!. I'm hoping if I use it regularly, I won't need the pain meds as much.
There were some noticeable stitching flaws in this suit, but I won't let that reduce my rating. I'm not expecting anyone to be 3 inches from me to see those. I am 5'0" approx 110 lbs / 34B. Ordered a small and it fits great.
I love this coat! It's thin, but super warm. It does run slightly small (I'm usually between a small and a medium, and bought a medium, but could have gotten away with a large). Pros:-All but one pocket zips shut-The hood is removable (huge bonus for me)-There is an elastic cinch to tighten the fit of the hat-The sleeves (while only nylon lined) didn't seem overly chilly when first putting the coat on-The cuffs! Oh, the cuffs. There is an extra length added with a thumb hole in it. Usually these are 100% useless as they are normally WAY too short These are NOT too short, and cover all the way down to my knuckles -There's a velcro closure around the wrist to snug up against your gloves-The bottom has an elastic band that really fits snug around the hip/bum area to keep the cold out, and it snaps to the coat itself near the zipper to keep it really secure-There is also an elastic cinch around the bottom of the coat-Excellent for the priceCons:-I'm not a huge fan of velcro, so the velcro closure over the zipper is a bit of a bummer, but not a big deal-It's a bit more noisy than I like for my coats to be-I do wish the sleeves had the fuzzy lining that's in the upper part of the coat-The zipper can be tough if you're not really paying attentionOverall, I will highly recommend this coat, and I've already sent the link to a friend.
The two largest compartments make it exceptional for keeping gear and food items separated so your not putting dirty gear beside you bigger water bottles or food containers. Also, although there is no internal frame, the pack material is substantially heavy enough that is not as floppy as many day packs, so it stands up better than most of them on the floor or a chair while you are packing it or searching for things. I purchased this pack for multi purpose use, for rugged hiking the Alps and Appalachians, as well as my carry on pack for international flights and for lugging around my art supplies while sketching in the field. The variety of outer pockets work well for organizing placement of iPads, books, notebooks, charger cables, pens and or snacks. I can fit my 16”x12” pad of watercolor paper in the large compartment, which gives you an idea of the compartment space. It works great for every one of these purposes. It is made of heavy duty material, with lots of compartments, good compression straps and zippers, and the shoulder straps and belt are very comfortable to wear.
