I would recommend these. They are not poorly made. I have others and these are comfortable. The orange grip area is just the right amount of cushion for me. I have done these exercises for a while and this spring at it's highest setting puts a great burn on my forearm muscles, both upper and lower depending on the grip. The resistance seems to be as labeled. I am going to put them to the test and see how the spring holds up.
I love this massager! This works better for my legs than anything else I've tried. I tried a bar that has flat rollers and that really didn't do much for my sore leg muscles. I have a single ball with nubs that looks like the balls on this massager, but I can really only use that ball on my feet comfortably (elsewhere it's too rough). These are smaller, which I think makes them more effective. Because I can hold the handles, I have a lot of control over where I'm massaging and can quickly move from spot to spot (unlike the foam roller, which feels good on my legs, but requires some contorting to get just the right position and more contorting to change position). I haven't found it very useful on places other than my legs. I can angle it to just use one ball to get in around the knees, or use all three to massage a larger area. You can control the pressure to massage yourself without bruising, but I think you could also dig deeply with this tool for cellulite and fascia manipulation.
After having a LG square brief fall apart in less than 6 months and a TYR jammer that lost its elasticity in less than a year, I decided to try these. I swim 1-4 times a week throughout the year and wash it every couple of months and over a year and a half later it is still as good as new. I like the square brief as it fits more comfortable than a jammer (I think my thighs are too big in comparison to my waste for these to fit) or a brief (too little fabric to coverup/keep things in place). They have been very durable thus far.
This tactical pack is great it's comfortable enough to wear for hours under a sizable load 30+ pounds I wear mine at closer to 50 because I can carry that weight easily it's tough and having 2 huge pockets on it plus two smaller pockets which aren't really small it has plenty of room and then some it has internal netting to hold small items and internal pouches inside one big pocket and one smaller pocket for the things you don't need floating around a large elastic strap to hold larger items firmly in place it has a padded pouch for a 2 liter water bag it seems big enough for possibly a 3 liter not only is it tough and comfortable with the padded back and padded straps it's water proof I haven't submerged it but a good rain rolls right off of it it also has a chest and waist strap for added comfort and stability this bag also has 39+ external anchor points for what ever u need to clip on tie down and so on and at this price it just doesn't make sense to not own one since purchasing my first reebow product I have loved them and will continue to do so.
I already wore one this evening to work out in and I really like it alot. These are comfortable and at a fantastic price for a set of 3.
