The more resistance, the closer to the red knob and 40kg marking the spring gets. They are sturdy and seem to be durable. The resistance can be adjusted from 10kg to 40 kg. It took me a liitle while to figure out that the markings on the side let you know how much resistance you are using so that you are on the same level for each one. Look at where the spring is above the numbers as you turn the circular red knob on the front. These are great. Hope that saves someone a little time. You can also set one at high resistance and the other one at a warm up level. Just a heads up- I'm not a workout or gym type of guy and I can do three sets of 10-15reps at the highest level where I only feel it at the last set. So these may not be enough resistance for the "pros" but it's enough for a beginner like me. The handles are comfortable.
I would recommend this coat. For the price, this coat looks great and fits nicely. It isn't the coat I would wear outside if it were 20 degrees or less, but if you are just going from the car to a building, than it's fine. Above 35, it is just fine to stay outside for awhile.
He is broad chested and hefty. Ordered an XL (what he usually wears in shirts) and it fit great. Good quality and kept him warm. Husband was very pleased with this jacket for a weekend of snowboarding and skiing.
Received this backpack right before the Nor Cal fires started and am lucky I did. This backpack served me extremely well through a very hard time, best $40 I have ever spent. I stuffed my life into this bag for a solid 8 days while I was evacuated and it held up through being absolutely full of everything. It held all my work papers and clipboards and files as well as clothing, chargers, electronics etc.
I only use breathable mesh ones. can't talk about other models. - previous owner of Aikiki, I know the brand many year now. - daily office usage, occasional hiking (different pairs, of course :) )- standing desktop user, most of the time. - 6"4, 225 lbs. of user on top of them. - non native speaker, so apologies for my minimalistic and (perhaps) faulty English. like:- breathable mesh is awesome in hot weather (85+). combine with breathable socks and you will feel like walking barefoot. - no odors whatsoever. - stable steps on walk; comfortable for standing still- first Aikiki I purchase via Aikiki, fits perfectly (though, I have other Aikiki and requested same size). I suggest to go to a Aikiki store to test exactly your size and then ask online (stores usually don't have all models and sizes so it's better to buy online)don't like:- (reserved for future edits, if any ). pre conditions:- almost year round hot weather where I live.
