People should know they still need to do other workouts along with something like this or anything else and that it's not going to give them miracle abs just using this but it gives your stomach muscles a good workout and you will feel a big difference especially if you do manual labor. One thing to make sure is that you start off slow and build up strength in that area before trying to extend fully or you might hurt yourself.Product itself feels easy to use as long as you don't push too hard..This thing really works.
Correctly used, it is an extremely grand way to begin stretching the abdomen muscles while attempting to tone them. Using this wonderful machine slowly and methodically, I have seen excellent results in less than one week. I have had experiences with severe back problems since I was a child. In addition, having to sit for the most part of my musical career with my right leg crossed over in order to play my instrument did not help matters. The stiffness of and pain within my lower back at times were immeasurable. However, today I am able to get out of bed more easily as well as being able to simply squat to pick up a piece of paper from the floor. The Aikiki Ab Carver Pro has helped tremendously to strengthen my core subsequently giving my back almost 100% relief. I cannot say enough how well this wonderful machine works. Between it and the Perfect Push Ups, my back indeed is doing much better these days. Lalo de PilarFlamenco Guitarist. I love the Aikiki Ab Carver Pro and strongly recommend it to anyone wishing to strengthen their abdominal muscles.
It feels comfortable with all the straps and so i was impressed with that as I thought they may 'dig in' to me but they didn't. The suit is really cute but I may have to order it in a size up just to see if that fits better. Great suit I would recommend. I am 5' 6" and 105 lb. I wear a 0-2 in most items and this fits great but I may just not be used to anything too skimpy (usually I wear tankini) so it seems small.
IT stretches but just a bit. Great quality. You will not lose them ;)Also important. Skin tight. Buy bigger than you would usually do. On the reviews you may read the fit small. The material is not as elastic as a typical Lycra-Spandex, elastane-based one. I got a larger size. Again. They are still quite tight. Buy big/very big, especially if you feel uncomfortable wearing tight clothing.
Used it two days in a row and again kept me warm and dry. Wore liners underneath but still, great jacket. I’m 5’4” but large cheast - got a large and fit great. Wore it to ski in Park City. Kept me warm and dry all day long.
