I also use the two smaller pads on my knees after hiking. The product was delivered in a nice pack and all the items are included as promised. It also provides relief to the muscle pain and discomfort after exercise. I strongly believe the items which are included in the package (including 10 Gel packs) are very much worth for the buying price. It works pretty well.
Does its job, seems to hurt my back and upper abs that anything else, its probably just me being really out of shape.
If you stick to the routing, it will do the job. Will update the review later. I purchase it for myself. I am planning on starting again. I used it for a week. I felt it worked but I did not do it consistently due to the lack of time.
I'm impressed with the quality. The color is nice. The back has excellent padding, as well as the straps. The laptop section is nicely padded as well. I appreciate that the outer pocket has a zipper as well as the clasps covering it, so the items will be completely secure. The main compartment also cinches up nicely. The small bag that came with it has a good quality zipper. All in all, for a brand that was unknown to me, this backpack is built nicely and will work well for a backpack for work or for short trips. It could easily contain a few days worth of clothes and a laptop.
I did choose this bag for its utility and that is what this thing excels at! Awesome bag from a great company!. I have owned a lot of backpacks, but never an actual backpack system. There are three smaller auxiliary pouches that come with this bag. This is absolutely my new favorite pack! I will use this for hunting, fishing and lots of other backpack type stuff! My favorite thing about this pack is the MOLLE style system used for attaching auxiliary pouches and equipment. I hate fishing around in the bottom of a giant bag for something small like a set of keys or my wallet! This backpack was obviously well designed. I was not familiar with this method of backpack expansion and I now understand why it popular enough to be used by the military! The MOLLE system uses a series of heavy-duty nylon straps that are stitched onto the packs and equipment, typically in measured rows. The zipper tabs feel very solid and are heavy. These straps are then secured with additional stitching every 1. This pass-through has a Velcro-sealed cover to maintain the water-resistance of this pack. 5 inches, creating a grid with nearly unlimited potential for attaching, securing, and carrying almost anything! Thus is the MOLLE System! M. O. This bag gets heavy, so I can use the waist band as a support belt. L. It is slightly reminiscent of the old Vietnam Era camo. L. The top of the bag has a pass-through so that headphones or a hydration hose can be routed through. E. The smaller compartment is divided with mesh pockets to hold smaller items. is an acronym for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment. The military loves their acronyms! The outer shell of the CV Life 50-liter tactical backpack is made of heavy-duty 600 denier nylon. This bag can be configured to accommodate the most demanding gear, or be stripped down to be used a simple backpack! The largest of the three pouches has a detachable shoulder strap so that it can be used as a small tote bag on its own! It truly is versatile! I really appreciate the large, padded waist strap. The interior is coated with what appears to be a PVC lining, creating a relatively moisture-proof environment inside. The straps, all feel very well-made and are heavy-duty. I would not expect my laptop to survive if this bag were to experience a complete submersion in lake, but it will definitely make it through a heavy rainfall. The only negative thing I would point out about this bag is the camouflage pattern. All of the zippers have flaps as well. But that is cosmetic and I did not select this bag to make a fashion statement. The main pack itself has two separate compartments. The largest compartment is divided for either a laptop or hydration bladder.
