I have since resorted to an every other day regimen until I regain my core conditioning. Yes it is a rerun of the venerable ab wheel. It is much improved though. You can break it if you rotate it the wrong way. Its wider stance makes it more stable and the recoil spring helps get you off the floor. It really works your abs. Read the instructions. I used to do several hundred crunches a day in my previous life and haven't done anything to my abs for several years. It is a simple portable tool for abdominal core conditioning. The first day with this thing showed me that it really does work. I over did it and had extremely sore abs and upper arms for two days.
It wasn't a big deal to me because I planned to wear it strapless anyway but definitely a quality issue if you wanted to use them. Otherwise I adore this bikini. It's so flattering and shows the perfect amount of cheek to be sexy. Love it. Love! ! ! ! ! The ONLY downfall about this suit is that the straps broke the day I got it.
I despise being cold and this really seems like it will do the trick as winter is coming upon us. So let me start by saying, I've recently lost a ton of weight in the past year and was unsure what size to buy. Sizing is still an issue for me. I typically wear a size medium in tops and by reading other reviews decided to buy a size up. It comes with the warning that it might make you want to stay out doors (cute! ) So we'll see, because I usually just hibernate Nov-March, lol! If I had to make a complaint I would say as I was wearing it it makes that 'swooshing' sound. I bought a Large and it fit me PERFECT! When I 1st took it out I was VERY hesitant at it fitting me because it looked so small. But once I slid it on it just enveloped around my torso and arms perfectly. Even more surprising, I actually have a long sleeve shirt AND hoodie on and it still fit. It felt like I slid a marshmallow on, lol! Because it was almost like I felt like it "poofed" up as I was sliding my arm in. Oh well, as long as i'm warm, I could care less!. I anticipated to have to take it off and take my hoodie off first. Nope. It has lots of pockets. And a removeable hood. And I love that they all zip up! Both jacket/coats I have currently have open pockets and I'm always dropping things out or constantly checking to make sure I havent. The inner shell is warm and fuzzy like my heating blanket. Theres even a place to wrap ur headphones if u use those. They advertise on the tag that this is an earphone port, except its not. It feels warm and snuggly without having to get all "poofy" like the puffer coats. Its merely a tag to hook something to. Luckily I use a wireless bluetooth with my phone. So this isnt a big deal for me. The inside zippered pocket is lined with the same fuzzy material as the rest of ur coat, idk y but I thought that was nice. Overall I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this coat. There is also an inside pocket with just a snap button. There are liners around the wrist with a thumb hole if you like that style. I'll probably never use it because I've never understood this style, lol. Doesnt really bother me, but I sound like I'm crumpling up thick wrapping paper. I do like that there are adjustable wrist straps though! So you can tighten down the wrists to avoid extra air getting up your sleeve! LOVE THAT! It also has an adjustable waist band. To tighten up around the waist area.
Nice normal fit, but took along time to find one made in the States. Super warm! Bought it to take to Vail, Colorado, it did the job.
10/10 would recommend and purchase again. I have had north face jackets for a long time, but I couldn’t justify spending over $200 on a winter jacket. I decided on this jacket after looking around on Aikiki a bit and I am super happy with my purchase. This jacket is warm and comfortable, has a lot of pockets, looks good, great for snow sports like skiing or snowboarding, washes in the machine just fine, and is very reasonably priced.
