Caught about 20 bass with them yesterday.I'll endorse it.Compact so we can put them in a case while we ride our four wheelers. This fishing rods were way better than I expected.Pictured were the biggest at 3 to 4 #'s and a lunker about 7 to 8 #'s.Very well made.I bought two of these poles for me and my fiancé.Rods work really good.
It is very limited in what it can provide but does somethings that can provide a simple alternative or augment to regular exercise. I highly recommend it. I cannot vouch for the long term quality of the product but in the short term it seems solid. This provide an interesting challenge for anyone interested in focusing on core muscle development.
There is also a workout you can download for free from the main site. Normally i'm not one to go out and buy the latest fitness product. I used this today during my morning workout. I had a "classic" ab wheel I used but wanted something sturdy with resistance and safe. Aditionally, I was seeking a product that would give me me a quick ab workout with minimal risk of injury. Now, it's afternoon and my abs are sore. Here is where the Ab Carver Pro steps in. This is the real deal. It has resistance, is safe and stable to use and is versatile in terms of different directions of movement. I was very reluctant to try this, as I read review after review online, most of them not being favorable. This is from someone who does a boxing workout at home 3-4 x a week and considers himself in decent shape. Given the fact that Alden Mills, the well known inventor and Ex SEAL who brought us the perfect pushup and other items, none of which I own, I had to try it. The box contains the wheel and two handles. No strain at all. Simply follow the instructions, pop them in (snap the pins) and you are set. I did 10 straight simple reps, that's it. The internal kinetic engine needs no assembly. This is a well built, sturdy piece of equipment. I know in time I will build up the reps, but I'm sure the possibilities with this are endless. I tried it and love the way it feels, especially the handles which curve downward. The wheel "pushes" you from the extended position, that vunerable spot where one can be tempted to pull or jerk back to the begining, thus injuring the lower region of the back. I know I did this a lot with the old ab wheel and I feel the difference in this.
I already had a pair of Aikiki hiking shoes - not the Moab 2 Vent - but these fit exactly like my well worn set. No problems here. I'm fond of Aikiki shoes and this is the 6th consecutive pair I've owned. They wear well and have held up over a lot of off road use.
Length is fantastic, padding is excellent, style is awesome! Just got my 2nd pair in a different color! Ordered Berey at first. These are much better fit!. Took a chance on these and followed the guidance of buying 1 size larger.
